- NAMARU Hair Colors?
NAMARU hair colors come in a natural black ( 1B ) to a natural brown ( #2 to #4). Product color is not guaranteed and clients should be prepared to dye their bundles in the event of color preference expectation. NAMARU works hard in providing each client with a product that they have selected during checkout.
- Can I cut my wefts?
Yes. NAMARU wefts are machine wefted. Although we do not recommend for you to cut your wefts or puncture through them throughout your install, it can be done. Wefts are simply comprised of bulk hair that is sewn threw a series of threads to create one track. Cutting and puncturing your wefts will reduce the strength of your track therefore creating shedding from the fraying ends. If you or your stylist are prone to cutting we suggest prepping extensions prior to install with a weft sealant.
- Shedding?!?!
All hair extensions shed, its inevitable. However poor wefting, poor maintenance and, excessive coloring  will result in excessive shedding. Avoid excessive pulling and tugging with your installations. Always follow proper post instruction when coloring or lifting your extensions and, perform weekly care. N A M A R U wefts are strong but not indestructible.
- How many bundles will I need?
Generally for length installs such as 14-16 and a 16-18 one bundle of each will suffice for a full head installation, however that is dependent on the client head size and the amount of volume desired. When purchasing lengths 18" and longer we recommend to our clients to purchase three (3) bundles of hair. The longest length you purchase will have the shortest width (track span). If you prefer to have long hair that is full lets say 20"  to 24" inches most of our clients purchase (4) bundles of hair. NOTE: Every client has a different preference in fullness of their desired style. If you are unsure of how many bundles to purchase we recommend you to ask your stylist or talk with us for advice regarding your taste or for celebrity hair styles your inspired by.

Â
- Â What does âRemyâ mean?
- What does âVirginâ mean?
âVirginâ in reference to hair is hair that has NOT undergone any chemical process. Chemical process includes perming, dying, lifting, adding silicone or any products to give the hair a luster or to help with managing the hair. Because âVirginâ hair has not undergone any of these phases the lifespan is extended upon receiving the proper care. As with âRemyâ just because the hair is labeled as Virgin does not mean that it is. Companies know that these descriptive terms result in sales of their products. Virgin hair does not mean that your purchase will not tangle it simply means that its pure from the donor.
Â
- What is a donor or Host?
A donor or host is the person that the hair comes from. In some regions of the world donors or host have their long hair gathered into a ponytail and the hair is cut with shears above the band where the ponytail is gathered. In other regions of the world donors or host undergo a process called tonsure. Tonsure is a process when the donors hair is shaved from their scalp leaving the donor with a bald head. Both of these collection methods results in the hair being âRemyâ if collected and sorted properly.
Â
- What type of hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair as if its genetically growing from your scalp. Use moisturizing shampoos and conditioning products but by separate shampoo and conditioners not 2-in-1âs. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it manageable and hydrated. Let conditioner be your friend because you hair extensions and natural hair needs it.
Â
- Can I go swimming?
Yes,you may go in swimming pools, the ocean and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair and condition right after swimming. When getting your  hair in either salt water or chlorine both can remove the vital moisture from the hair and it will lead to dryness and etc.. If a swim cap is not available then be sure to follow up with a proper wash and deep condition ASAP.
Â
- Can I dye color the hair?
Yes you can dye you hair color and/or lift. Always refer to a colorist or stylist when performing this technique. Not doing so can cause severe irreversible damage to you extensions.
